Job Description : 
Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby or Python, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately, and securely.

Job Requirements:
1. B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA
2. Fresher Profiles | 2022 or 2021 pass outs
3. Should have basic knowledge on ITIL
4. Basic Knowledge on Linux/Unix 5.Administration, MySql, Computer Networks
6. Any other technical exposure on different technologies will be an advantage
7. Excellent communication skills with level of energies
8. Basic Understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby) will be an advantage
9. Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Implement integrations requested by Internal teams / customers
2. Provide Level 2 technical support and queries coming from Internal teams
3. Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
4. Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
5. Perform root cause analysis for production errors
6. Investigate and resolve technical issues, Deploy updates and fixes
7. Develop scripts to automate visualization
8. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance    
9. 24*7 support, should be flexible for shifts
